Yariv, who holds dual citizenship, is a Swiss citizen and was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He currently resides in Tel Aviv, is married, and has two children. Yariv obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tel Aviv University. He embarked on his professional journey as a journalist and content editor for political television shows on various news channels in Israel.
In the year 2000, Yariv, along with his brother, co-founded one of the first online education companies worldwide. Over time, it has grown to become Israel's largest online education group, known as eTeacherGroup.com (website: www.eteachergroup.com). Yariv served as the Chief Executive Officer of eTeacherGroup from its inception until 2022. During his tenure, the company achieved annual revenues of 35 million USD and catered to 40,000 paying students annually from 200 countries. With a workforce comprising of over 1,000 employees and freelancers from more than 50 nations, eTeacherGroup experienced significant international reach.
Eventually, a Swiss Private Equity firm located in Geneva acquired the majority stake in the company.
Since 2023, Yariv has been actively managing Kobella Holdings, applying his creativity and business experience to the Swiss real estate market.

Boaz, a dual citizen of Switzerland and Israel, was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He currently resides in Tel Aviv, is married, and has three children. Boaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Richman University. During his time as a computer science student in 1995, he established one of Israel's earliest web development companies. After graduating, Boaz commenced his professional journey as a software engineer at the IBM research lab in Tel Aviv developing the first implementation of eCommerce micropayments (Co-Inventor of Micro payment-based advertising patent - US7124115B1).
